LEASE OF HOSPITAL TO ADVENTIST HEALTH SYSTEM
As of April 1, 2016, Bert Fish Medical Center has been leased to Southeast Volusia Healthcare Corporation, an affiliate of Adventist Health System ("AHS"), and will be known as Florida Hospital New Smyrna. You may access the transaction document below. The Southeast Volusia Hospital District (the "District") shall remain responsible for public records made or received by the District and its affiliates prior to April 1, 2016, although AHS has agreed to assist the District in handling public record requests for a limited period of time.
